What to Expect in a session

For me to treat you respectfully and take things at your pace
That a variety of emotions may come up for you and I will support you in it
That it is up to you what you do and do not share or choose to work on together. Your life and your experiences are yours.
You may need to learn to trust me first and then decide what feels helpful to your healing. You may feel ready to deal with something and be very clear what that is, you may be feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I have training experience, knowledge and ideas on how to work together, and it is your choice on whether it feels right for you
